Greek Yogurt Pancakes


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 5.3 oz container of Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter the pan


  1. In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. Then whisk in the container of greek yogurt until it is mixed well and there are no lumps.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine the baking powder with the flour. Then pour into the wet ingredients.
  4. Mix well. If the batter is too thick then add milk  one tablespoon at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
  5. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan or an electric griddle.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
  7. Allow it to cook for about 2 min until golden brown. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or warm syrup and enjoy!
