CRANBERRY & PROSCIUTTO CROSTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut baguette into thin slices (about 1/2") and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. 
  2. Spread each crostini with goat cheese. 
  3. Top goat cheese with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Repeat for all crostini. 
  4. Finish off by topping crostini with a thinly sliced piece of prosciutto. Option: Garnish with fresh or dried thyme.
