Tofu Steak Recipe


  • 2 Cup Firm Tofu cubed
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil or as required
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cor Flour


  1. Open the pack and drain the excess water.
  2. Place it in a plate to get drained completely.
  3. Cut them into half an inch thickness of bite sized cubes.
  4. Combine soy sauce, garlic chili paste, corn flour.
  5. Spread the marinade evenly to the sliced tofu for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  7. Spray cooking oil to the base of the grill.
  8. Place the marinated tofu and spray cooking oil again.
  9. Grill it for about 5 minutes on both the sides or until your desired texture reached.
  10. Spray cooking oil in between if needed.
  11. Serve hot along with rice and steamed vegetables.
