Easy Slow Cooker Ribs


  • 3 lbs of pork or beef babyback ribs
  • cups of your favorite barbecue rub seasoning
  • cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp of white vinegar
  • 3 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper add more if you want it spicer
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar


  1. Combine bbq sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and set aside. 
  2. Take your baby back ribs out of the wrap and add a generous amount of salt and pepper to the rib. Then add your favorite barbecue rub and rub in the rib as much as you can. 
  3. Place ribs in slow cooker, cover in sauce. Cook low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. After the ribs are done, spoon the bbq sauce in the slow cooker over the ribs before removing. Cut the ribs, serve with bbq sauce.
